What data AI Hub collects through this website, why, and the rights you have over it.
Who we are
AI Hub is a startup that supports small businesses and startups with artificial intelligence and task automation. You can reach us at rajaezikii@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, company, work email, the topic you choose and your message. It is sent to our team by email.
- Chatbot: the messages you type. Answers come either from built-in rules or from an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic) through our server. Please do not share sensitive information in the chat.
- On your device: your language choice (kept in your browser) and a note that you have seen the intro (kept for the session). We do not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers.
- Technical data: when a page loads, your browser fetches fonts from Google Fonts and the 3D library from jsDelivr, so those providers receive your IP address. Our host, Vercel, also keeps standard server logs.
Why we use it
To answer your requests, schedule your free AI audit, reply to chatbot questions, and keep the website working.
Who processes it
- FormSubmit: delivers contact form messages to us by email.
- Anthropic: generates chatbot answers when the AI chat is enabled.
- Vercel: hosts the website and the chatbot function.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr: deliver fonts and the 3D library.
How long we keep it
We keep your request only as long as needed to answer it and follow up on your project. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
Under Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and you can object to its use. Write to rajaezikii@gmail.com. You may also contact the CNDP, Morocco's data protection authority, at cndp.ma.
Changes
We may update this policy as the website evolves. The latest version is always on this page.
